Shares availability board

Growers who want to buy or sell shares Off-Market can now advertise these on the Share Availability Board.

If you are looking to buy or sell shares, please fill in the form below. Your details will be checked by our shares team, to make sure everything is correct, and that you are eligible to purchase or sell shares.  Once approved, you will be notified by our shares team when your listing has been posted. 

Buyers and Seller can contact each other using the details listed on the board. Once an agreement has been made to conduct a transfer between the two parties, we recommend that the buyer contacts us before any payment is made just to double check that the parcel of shares is still available for purchase and to confirm how many shares you are entitled to purchase.

Once confirmation is received from us, both parties must complete and sign the relevant sections of the Off-Market Transfer form and return the completed form to either Zespri or Computershare for processing. 

When all of the documentation has been received and approved by both Zespri and Computershare, the transfer of shares is done by the share registry office (Computershare). Both parties will receive written confirmation that the transfer has taken place.
